Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy

Life doesn’t always go to plan, and our cancellation policy is built to be fair to you and to the vendors we’ve already booked on your behalf. If your wedding needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, here’s exactly what happens and when.

When You Cancel

To cancel, simply send your event planner written notice as early as possible — ideally before any extra services or products have been ordered. Because we reserve your date and start coordinating with vendors right after booking, the deposit is treated as a non-refundable retainer and won’t be returned. Any additional payments already made are non-refundable too, since they cover services rendered up to that point.

Outstanding Balances

If a balance is still owed at the time of cancellation, we’ll send a prompt, itemised invoice covering vendor booking fees, reimbursement for items purchased on your behalf, and any other applicable charges. This invoice is due in full.

Late or Missed Payments

Similarly, if a payment is more than 30 days past due, we reserve the right to pause services until the account is current, or to end the agreement entirely with written notice. In that case, any payments already made are treated as payment for services delivered to date, not as a refundable balance.

If you’re planning ahead and want to understand how deposits and payment schedules work before you book, our contact page is the best place to start that conversation. For couples weighing a reschedule around the weather, Thailand’s official meteorological service is a useful reference when picking a new date.
